User Responsibilities

2. Sharing login credentials, reselling our content, or otherwise misusing the services is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments

1. All payments are accepted in INR via authorized payment gateways (Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, etc.).
2. Users are responsible for any applicable transaction fees charged by payment providers or banks.
3. Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy (refer to the Return Policy page).

4. Intellectual Property

All content, study materials, tests, designs, trademarks and other intellectual property on PYQPEDIA are owned by PYQPEDIA or licensed to PYQPEDIA. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content is prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

PYQPEDIA is not responsible for any connectivity issues, device failures, errors, or the final outcome of any exam. Our liability, to the maximum extent permitted by law, is limited to the fee paid by the user for the services concerned.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
