2. Multiple / Duplicate Payments

If a user is charged multiple times due to technical errors or banking issues, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days after proper verification of the transaction.

3. Failed Transactions

If the payment is deducted but service access is not provided, users should contact us with transaction details. The issue will be verified and resolved within 7–10 working days.

4. No Cancellations

Since our services are digital and delivered instantly, cancellations are not permitted once access has been granted.
